Brian Conboy, Weber's Senior structural designer, incorporated a new application of the E-Z Set™ design which creates self erecting stacking shoulder utilizing a cantelever shoulder providing additional stacking shoulder width without sacrificing the inside dimension of the PDQ.

Julie now tries a similar design without the patented E-Z Set™ mechanism

Due to many intuitive folds, workers quickly learn how to assemble E-Z Set™ PDQ's.
Note: the smaller footprint, due to the patented folding features, enable two workers to assemble PDQ's in the same space as one worker, doubling output while maximizing valuable floor space
